About American Eagle Roofing

Owner/CEO

Sean grew up in Orangevale, California, and spent years working in the trades before founding American Eagle Roofing. As a former general contractor, he saw homeowners often forced to choose between a one-person operation and a large, impersonal company, with very few reliable options in between. He built American Eagle Roofing to fill that gap. Today, Sean remains actively involved in the business and often meets homeowners personally during the estimate process. He believes roofing should be built on honest communication, clear guidance, and doing what you say you're going to do. Sean and his high school sweetheart relocated to Shingle Springs in 2024, where they are raising their three boys. His favorite part of the job is helping homeowners feel confident in their decisions and making the roofing process as straightforward as possible from start to finish.

Owner/CEO

Ariel was born and raised in El Dorado County, California, and attended Ponderosa High School. She got her start in the roofing industry shortly after high school and has been immersed in it ever since. Over the years, Ariel has developed a strong understanding of both the technical side of roofing and—just as importantly—the homeowner experience. She understands the homes, the weather, and the concerns that come with maintaining a roof in Northern California, and with nearly 16 years of experience in roofing - she loves that every day is something new! Now living in Placerville, California with her husband, two boys, and two dogs (a poodle and a bulldog). Ariel approaches every project with the mindset of helping a neighbor—not just completing another job. Whether she’s answering questions, helping guide next steps, or making sure nothing gets overlooked, her focus is simple: Make sure every homeowner feels taken care of from start to finish.

Project Manager

Rebecca Fisher is the person you'll work with after signing your contract and the one ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. She oversees scheduling, material ordering, crew coordination, and all the moving pieces that keep projects on track. With more than 10 years of roofing production experience, Rebecca is known for her proactive communication and personal attention to every project. A longtime Placerville resident, Rebecca is passionate about the community she calls home and takes pride in making sure every homeowner feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. When she's not managing projects, she's spending time with her five children and five grandchildren.

Project/CSR

Megan Wilson is often the first voice you'll hear when you call American Eagle Roofing, and she helps set the tone for the entire customer experience. A lifelong El Dorado County resident and Shenandoah High School graduate, Megan has been in the roofing industry since 2011. Her friendly personality and industry knowledge help homeowners feel comfortable and informed from the very first conversation. Whether she's answering questions or helping customers get started, Megan is dedicated to making sure every interaction is helpful, welcoming, and seamless. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, hiking, spending time outdoors, and staying busy with her daughter and two Belgian Malinois.

Office Manager

Brandy is the backbone behind the scenes, serving as our office manager, HR representative, and numbers expert. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, she brings a level of organization, knowledge, and efficiency that helps keep everything running smoothly. She’s been a part of the El Dorado County community for over 30 years and takes pride in being part of a local company that serves the same area she calls home. Brandy has two adult sons and two dogs, and outside of work, you’ll find her fishing, paddle boarding, or spending time at church. What Brandy says she appreciates most about American Eagle Roofing is the strong family environment and the loyalty shown to both customers and employees—something she plays a big role in maintaining every day.‍
