Roof Replacement in Pollock Pines, CA

The owner of this Pollock Pines house had a vision, and we love a good design! Thinking out of the box, she decided to paint her A-Frame house black, and needed a new roof to match it's stunning new look. Creating even more curb appeal the home owner decided to add a metal roof feature to the overhang. With these changes, this home has new life.

This roof in Pollock Pines went from old wood shingles to a new GAF composition shingle roof, with standing seam metal on the overhang. We could not be more excited to watch this owners vision come to life, installing the finishing touch with the cool metal roof. Metal features are becoming increasingly more popular for those who want to add a unique style to their home, or for those who love the look of metal roofing, but don't want to pay the substantial amount for a full metal roof. This home's design really sets it apart from the rest of the neighborhood and we could not be happier with the end result and being able to be apart of it all!
