Step 1: The Initial Appointment

During your initial appointment, a roofing expert from our team will visit your property to assess your roof and surrounding structures. This is where we take the time to truly understand your home, not just snap a photo or do a quick measurement. You can expect us to:

• Walk the perimeter and inspect access points
• Evaluate the current roofing system

You do not need to be home for this visit, but we do need access to the roof. If you have dogs, gate codes, or security systems, be sure to notify us ahead of time. The data from this visit ensures we order the correct materials in the right quantities, avoiding delays or shortages.

Step 5: Scheduling and Install Day

Once we receive your materials and permit, we’ll schedule your roof replacement and provide an install date. We recommend homeowners be available on the first day of install to meet the crew, confirm details, and ask any questions. You’ll have a chance to:

• Meet your foreman
• Confirm the scope of work
• Ask questions about maintenance and warranties
• Pay the remaining balance

Step 6: Post-Install & Final Inspections

After your install, we:

• File your warranty paperwork
• Leave the site clean and secure
• Schedule your final inspection (if required by your local jurisdiction)
• Coordinate with you if any permits or signatures are needed

If your city or fire department requires a ladder and permit board, we’ll take care of delivery and pickup.
